In this strategic development, we've undertaken intensive structural alterations to enhance the whole building, including the erection of a single-story rear extension and the conversion of a traditional loft into a habitable space. The project also features the ingenious addition of a basement under the existing building’s footprint, complete with front and rear lightwells that invite natural light deep into the structure.
